We currently ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the most efficient and cost-effective option.

Each Evergreen Welcome hanger is made to order with care and precision. Our current processing time is approximately 5–9 business days, depending on order volume.

Orders are shipped in the order they are received. If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out to shopevergreenwelcome@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Once your order leaves our studio in Franklin, Tennessee, it is in the hands of our trusted carriers, and we are unable to control or guarantee delivery times.

At Evergreen Welcome, each piece is hand-painted, printed, and assembled with care. Due to the custom and seasonal nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at shopevergreenwelcome@gmail.com with photos and order details. We will gladly review the issue and do our best to make it right on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any approved returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.

Sales, promotions, and coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.
